    This is a permanent part-time position working 5 weeks on/5 weeks off, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

    About the Role

    • Assist individuals and families to achieve/maintain optimal health through primary care/emergency services/promotion/disease prevention.
    The Nurse-in-Charge will practice an expanded scope of practice while efficiently operating the Health Centre. Some key responsibilities include:
    - Managing daily operations
    - Supervising staff directly
    - Planning/executing public health programs

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Administering day-to-day functions - Leading staff effectively - Implementing public health initiatives
    Additional Information:- Current RN registration with Canadian authority required.- Recent experience as supervisor with skillset including formal reviews etc.
