• We are looking for an experienced barista who will be an anchor for the cafe and a leader to your coworkers. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing as well as bringing a friendly, energetic attitude to work each day. We are looking for a Barista that has a passion for coffee and serving customers. We believe hard work and experience deserves to be fairly rewarded. Your wage would be scaled according to your skills, experience and what you can bring to the position._

MUST HAVE CHARACTERISTICS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Barista experience.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Reliable, responsible and mature.

• Positive and uplifting attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prioritize customer's requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure high quality beverages are served quickly.
• Greet and inform customers on products.
• Maintain the cafe, including cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Experience in cafe management is preferred.
• Food prep and sandwich making.
• Inventory control.
• Opening and closing duties.
