What you will do-
- Lead regular oneonone meetings and conduct weekly team meetings to provide direction, ensure day to day alignment, address issues, and acknowledge exceptional performance through timely recognition
- Establish an overall Stryker Canada inventory stocking strategy that will maximize the customer experience and minimize waste. Determine optimal inventory levels/reorder points and minimum/economic order quantity by product to maximize service levels while minimizing investments in inventory
- Work with Finance to forecast key financial metrics related to inhouse/onhand inventory (DII, E&O reserves) based on Demand & Net Requirement plans, current inventory position and shrinkage trends. Collaborate to ensure timing of stock inventory increases/decreases are favorable to Stryker Canada P&L projections
- Oversee the Advanced Stocking Request approval process and quarterly/adhoc safety stock update processes
- Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to formulate a comprehensive Net Requirement Plan for Global IBP Teams, ensuring a seamless understanding of kit and other inventory needs for maintaining optimal incoming supply levels
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Manager, Asset Management to ensure optimal use of current onhand inventory to support field consignment, demo and service team requests
- Collaborate with Operations team leaders and SMEs to drive innovation and reduce waste in the supply chain
- Prepare various reports on a monthly or as needed basis for the Commercial, Finance or Operations team
What you need-
- Bachelor's Degree required (Supply Chain Management or Finance is a strong asset) required
- Professional Financial (CPA/CMA), APICS designation or MBA "preferred"
- 6 years working experience in an operations or commercial environment required
- People or process leadership experience "preferred"
- Lean Six Sigma Certification "preferred"
- Demonstrated ability to successfully drive process improvements that maximize efficiency/reduce cost/maximize customer experience
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytic skills: Ability to analyze, resolve and communicate complex issues through effective independent
