- Manage the quality control and blending of grain
- Oversee the daily operation of the facility
- Perform regular maintenance and repair on facility equipment
- Supervise and develop Elevator Operators to ensure business needs are executed safely, efficiently and profitably
- Oversee food safety compliance
- Work collaboratively with other business areas and departments
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the operation of a grain elevator
- Through knowledge and understanding of the grain industry, including grading factors and elevator equipment
- Experience in team management or supervision, demonstrating effective leadership abilities
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities
