    Senior Manager Analytics Enablement CCA, International Banking - Toronto, ON

    Purpose
    The Senior Manager of Analytics Enablement is responsible to drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client primacy, fostering profitable growth, and leading digital transformation efforts within the Personal & Small Business. The position will play a key role in implementing and tracking Client Dynamics KPIs, developing segment strategies, and leading the Annual Sales Planning process while leveraging data-driven insights.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead strategic initiatives for Personal & Small Business to drive client primacy, profitable growth, and digital transformation within the CCA Analytics division.
    • Implement, track, and report Client Dynamics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across CCA, aligning with IB and the overall Bank strategies.
    • Lead the annual sales and client dynamics planning by maintaining a clear understanding of Retail and Bank strategies.
    • Design and implement segment strategies by leveraging data analytics and business input.
    • Collaborate with CCA retail heads to prepare business reviews monthly while ensuring alignment across the region.
    • Utilize strong analytical skills to collect and synthesize quantitative and qualitative business data from various sources, generating data-driven insights and identifying efficiency opportunities.
    • Prepare high-standard presentations on a monthly/quarterly basis, including Retail Business Reviews, Deep Dive analyses, and Country visits for CCA Retail head, EVP & executives.
    • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
    • Generates and analyzes retail execution data and reports across countries to ensure integrity of cumulative CCAU retail data reports.
    • People-oriented acumen, with strong negotiating, influencing and communication skills (written and oral) to influence all levels of the organization through insight based on sound investigation experiences.
    • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Undergrad in Business Administration or related field
    • MBA desirable
    • Proven capacity to work with different stakeholders and manage multiple tasks.
    • Strong understanding of Excel, Power Point, Power BI
    • Expert communication skills across all levels of the organization
    • Experience in working with financials and business cases
    • Strong understanding of Retail business line and related metrics
    • Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.

    Work Arrangement:

    • Work in a standard office-based environment
