    We are a experienced northern mechanical contractor with 30+ years experience. Committed to providing quality services to our northern clients, we have been performing construction and service for our commercial, residential, and industrial clients.

    We are looking for driven Oil Burner Mechanics with 5 years experience to join our team. If you are looking for a positive and rewarding work environment, we encourage you to apply today

    Job duties:

    • Oversee heating, plumbing, and renovation work in accordance with work orders and plans
    • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning oil burners
    • Assemble oil burner heating systems components and perform installation of oil-fired systems
    • Test installed units and adjust controls for proper functioning
    • Perform preventative maintenance work on motors, pumps, control devices, boilers, forced air furnaces, and oil-fired hot water tanks
    • Completion of work order forms, detailing work performed and materials used, assisting in inventory, and stock control
    • Be on the call-out team to handle emergencies

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of technical and trade experience
    • Red Seal Certification or current Oil Heat System Technician license a strong asset
    • Solid understanding of the current regulations within the field
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on a technical level
    • Ability to work as a team and independently
    • Strong client focus with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
    • Valid class 5 driver's license and good driving record
