AUTOLOANSERVICES.CA is a Dealership located in Newmarket ON.

We offer Sales, Finance and Service. We have recently opened a state of the art Service Department with two full time technicians.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to add to our growing team.

Job Duties:

Greeting customers promptly, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
Referring the technician to the customer and/or testdriving the vehicle to confirm source(s) of service repairs.
Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking in to account the customer's schedule.
Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work, explaining the work performed and the charges being

Your Key Responsibilities

Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle's problems or symptoms.
Connecting customers to the right auto technician
Sourcing and ordering parts
Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work, explaining the work performed and the charges being

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Minimum of 3 year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role
(required)
CDK or PBS experience is an asset
Good Knowledge of Automotive Mechanics & Parts
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not
Organization and followup skills
Experience and desire to work with technology

Pay:
$42,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
