We are presently recruiting for an
Associate Product Mgr. - Facial Aesthetics (BOTOX COSMETIC, Juvéderm, SkinMedica) based in Markham. This full-time position reports the Portfolio Lead, Facial.

The incumbent will support the category-leading brand which fills a unique and critical role in our patients' lives and our customers' practices.

The Associate Product Mgr.

will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment that is dedicated to creating value for our customers (Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine practitioners), consumers, and the Allergan Aesthetics business.

Responsibilities:

Be the champion of our customers and their patients, continually working to better understand and deliver on their needs and identify opportunities for partnership
Support in the execution of the key tactics in the brand plans such as material creation/localization, promotion, brand specific initiatives, and special projects.
Own daytoday project management operations of the brands, including rollout plans and supporting inquiries from the field team.
Support alignment and consistency between the BOTOX COSMETIC, Juvéderm and SkinMedica brands, when appropriate, for ease of implementation.
Support and liaise with team of crossfunctional partners (including Medical, Allergan Medical Institute, Clinical Specialists, Sales, KAMs) to execute short and longrange brand plan tactics.
Support the development of key solutions designed to boldly drive BOTOX COSMETIC, Juvéderm and SkinMedica growth while accurately monitoring financial spend.
In collaboration with the sales training organization, support the implementation of a comprehensive sales force training programs and execution plans.
Work closely with Marketing colleagues to develop synergies with the other businesses in the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio (including CoolSculpting)
Motivate and inspire field sales teams by delivering innovative and valuecreating tools and programs.

Desire to serve our internal and external customers in keeping with Allergan Aesthetics core values

Minimum Qualifications:

Completion of a 4year university degree in either business or science; MBA is an asset
A minimum of 1 years of commercial experience in Sales or Marketing
Flexibility for travel is required (~ 25%)
Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset
