    Aird & Berlis LLP seeks an organized and proactive Office Assistant to provide front-of-house reception, meeting coordination, general office logistics, and administrative support to our Vancouver team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as first point of contact for clients visitors vendors both in person by phone
    • Greet direct visitors professionally welcoming manner
    • Answer screen route incoming calls messages
    • Manage mail couriers deliveries
