You will be providing IT support to our valuable clients. You will be answering the phone, entering tickets, handling support needs and determining second level escalation needs. The right individual will have an excellent opportunity to contribute and build the company with us. We are open to bringing aboard a seasoned technician.


Must have skills:
- strong Windows 10 & 11 support experience within a work environment
- efficient knowledge of Windows Server (2016 and up) including DNS, DHCP, AD
- strong Microsoft 365 experience with support and administration
- strong Microsoft Outlook use is very important
- working knowledge with Azure and Microsoft Entra ID
- virus, spyware and malware experience
- solid TCP/IP networking skills and experience with troubleshooting
- extended experience working with switches, routers and WAPs (Ubiquiti preferred)
- exceptional desire to please and help people with a smile on your face
- superior organizational skills
- excellent documentation skills
- great attention to detail
- must work well under pressure and excel at multi-tasking
- strong desire to learn and grow with the company
- excellent communication skills and business sense
- can work independently as you will work from home and go to clients on your own
- strong entrepreneur spirit with a desire to contribute to a close knit small fun team


Nice to have skills:

• Hornet Security experience use and installation
• RDS/RemoteWeb
• RMM experience
• Microsoft 365 any skills/experience beyond Office and Azure

- consulting experience would be highly desired
- sales experience with fantastic listening skills

Things you'll need for this position:

- willing to travel throughout London, St. Thomas and surrounding areas within two hours

We would be willing to consider a self employed contractor who can grow with us. You'll be working from home for remote support and travelling onsite to clients as required.

You need to hit the ground running with us since it's a 3 month contract filling in for help desk and assisting with IT projects.
