Sales Operations Associate Analyst


You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data regarding inventory, sales, and business planning to ensure balance between warehouses in order to maximize sales opportunities.

You will utilize your customer service and superior communication skills to coordinate customer inquiries, process orders and claims, and carry out effective business and divisional analysis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process, verify and respond to customers with regards to POs, claims, and shipping inquiries
  • Review and release daily orders vs allocation
  • Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Logistics to resolve order management issues
  • Monitor sales and inventory activity vs forecast
  • Coordinate product kitting and custom packaging inventory
  • Assist in collaboration with Sales and Business Planning for inventory allocations
  • Report ITCG sales channel forecast and revenue
  • Provide administrative support to Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, Credit, and Logistics teams
  • Gain exposure to, and conduct recurring and ad hoc data analyses through gathering and organizing data from multiple sources and creating summaries for management review
  • Create and participate in the training activities of new staff

To Succeed, You Will Need:


  • Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is preferred
  • 13 years of related work experience
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data, compare variables, and identify trends
  • Good process and project management skills to identify and implement process improvements
  • Excellent computer and technical skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel; vlookups, pivot tables, and other formulas in Excel
  • Strong time management skills
