_Toronto-based brokerage and consulting firm is looking for a New Home Sales Administrator to work at a presentation centre in Scarborough, Ontario_

Brick + Mortar's New Home Sale's Administrators represent builders and developers at their presentation centres throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

New Home Sales Administrators greet and register visitors to the presentation centre, report on daily sales activity utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook, prepare agreements of purchase and sale with accuracy and attention to detail, ensure the smooth operation of the presentation centre, and represent the client, and Brick + Mortar, with a high degree of professionalism.


Experience & Education Required:

University degree or college diploma

2 years of real estate administration experience, preferred

Experience in the new home market, preferred


Other Requirements:

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel, Zoom, and DocuSign
Passion for customer service

Understanding of real estate agreements of purchase and sale

Enjoy working with a team

Working weekends are required


Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
