INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist and support all Key Account Manager activities.
  • Preparing and following up sales quotations.
  • CRM input and management.
  • Proactive customer outreach.
  • Liaising with customer service/order processing; support and backup for order processing.

What Shows Success:


  • Sales targets hit or exceeded.
  • All opportunities/requests followed up in a timely manner and recorded in CRM.
  • Tasks from sales appointments/meetings attended to proficiently.

Level of Authority:


  • Authorized to advise clients & prepare sales quotations in accordance with price programs.
  • Authorized to proactively outreach and connect with clients.

Order of Importance:


  • Responding to incoming customer requests
  • Activities as directed by Key Account Manager(s)
  • Proactive outreach and followup
  • Administrative tasks

Support of Company Goal:


  • Servicing clients will result in more sales and repeat business, increasing sales figure.
  • Sales follow up and task completion will directly result in increased sales figures.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gananoque, ON K7G 1N7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
