- Demonstrate consistent and proficient application of mechanical engineering principles in the design of parts and projects for Dynamix equipment.
- Create 3D models and prepare manufacturing drawings using design software. Ensure due consideration to mechanics of materials and compliance with accepted practices of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Provide technical input in the evaluation of mechanical equipment. Prepare and execute test plans as required. Report results.
- Work with team to complete engineering Projects and address cost, quality, and timing issues . General:
- You work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Clearly report the status of assigned projects.
- You are comfortable meeting tight deadlines within a high-paced environment. Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a similar role.
- Licensed Mechanical or Chemical Engineer. (PEng).
- CAD capabilities – proficiency in Inventor is preferred. Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the Process Industry is a plus.
- Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics is a plus.
- Experience designing rotational equipment is a plus.
