Line Cooks
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cook dishes to specification.
- Prepare an array of breakfast, lunch, dinner dishes, including specials.
- Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a quick output
- Basic Food Preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of front line and kitchen
- Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
- Be able to prepare food in a timely manner.
- Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.
What does a successful breakfast/Lunch cook look like?
- Minimum 2 years culinary experience
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Able to work independently or as a team.
- Are passionate about quality and professionalism.
- Maintains composure and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
- Positive attitude
- Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Food Handlers recommended
- Assist with other kitchen operations as needed and directed.
- Good communication skills

Salary:
$16.00-$19.00 per hour
