    Description

    Tasks/Responsibilities

    The Dynamics 365 Analyst (CRM) will be responsible for contributing to the implementation of Microsoft D365 in the company's various branches, mainly for the CRM and customer engagement aspect.

    MORE PRECISELY

    • Analyze business processes in order to perform optimization and redesign, and document everything
    • Participate in the design of a portal on Microsoft Power Pages with personalized functionalities
    • Contribute to the creation of new forms in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (fields, flows, plugins, etc.)
    • Administer operations, carry out configurations as well as unit tests
    • Promote healthy integration of CRM with the ERP system and other Azure components

    PROFILE

    • 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
    • Professional experience with a CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, AX, and/or 365)
    • Experience in an ERP and/or CRM system implementation
    • Good interpersonal skills and versatility
    • Experience in the retail and/or distribution sector (strong asset)
    • BAC in computer science or equivalent
    • Bilingualism required (French and English)
