Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Associate to help lead the charge in rolling out a new rebranding campaign and help strengthen our presence on social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a knack for driving sales and a passion for creative marketing strategies and content creation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative marketing campaigns, analyze and track leads, and generate content for social media platforms. A creative vision for photo and video content and an outgoing personality are a must for this role.
Duties
- Assist in the roll-out of the new brand.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and print media.
- Engage in initial contact with leads in order to assess their needs and engage the appropriate team member for follow-up.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads, and other digital and print advertising tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Maintain website content.
- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives while ensuring optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with the management team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with an understanding of SEO, Facebook Advertising, and other marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in developing effective marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging across various channels.
- Experience managing budgets effectively while maximizing campaign performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
