Meticulous, you master hygiene and safety regulations perfectly.

You will

Offer a meat speciality and provide a plating-up service (cutting and dressing) at the buffet by personalising the customer relationship

Manage orders and stocks for this setion

Check the setting up, appeal and replenishment of buffets (600 to 1000 covers per service)

Guarantee the quality of services and compliance with Club health and safety rules Med as well as maintenance of the resort's assets
