The Human Resources Analyst supports the execution of the Human Resources strategy to provide a great colleague experience every day.

Key priorities include leading the deployment of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) agenda, supporting the talent planning, development and employee engagement initiatives.

This position will report to the Director of Human Resources for Canada and be responsible for the following:


  • Working with HR leadership to complete the HR strategy for Canada, focusing on DE&I, talent management, employee engagement and development
  • Supports integration and organizational change of HRrelated initiatives in the Market, working with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Business Leaders
  • Leads Market specific HR processes using data and business insights to improve efficiency
  • Provides ontheground support for employees in Canada as assigned

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of HR experience with broad knowledge of HR practice
  • Ability to motivate, encourage and own the daytoday responsibilities of a team.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to analyze data in clear, organized format and report out key findings
  • Proven internal, external relationship management and teamwork skills; experience working in a complex matrix organization is considered an asset
  • Deliver internal efficiency opportunities, primarily through operational improvement but also with a view to defect bad demand elimination, and efficient demand management.
  • Excellent ability to problem solve in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Selfstarter and proactive in nature with a track record of demonstrating ownership
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with careful attention to detail
  • Bilingual in French (Asset)
