Bring your solid grasp of data analysis, change, technical skills, project management principles and in-depth understanding of the healthcare system as a
Lead, Health Informatics role. In this role, you will utilize your leadership and teamwork skills to introduce a new cloud-based, Workforce Management (WFM) solution to Fraser Health. You will work closely with the WFM Project Manager, FH leadership, management, clinical and corporate users and be instrumental in leading the design, configuration, data conversion and migration, gap planning, error handling, deployment and operational support work. You'll be challenged daily to better improve the client experience, and you'll need to demonstrate collaborative, creative and conceptual thinking.
Build on your experience as you:
- Lead and manage project streams of work for the new WFM system.
- Provide advice, guidance, and direction to project team members, and act as an escalation point to assist in resolving complex problems and identifying inefficiencies.
- Provide expertise on enterprisewide projects.
- Serve as back up to the Portfolio Manager in the area of team leadership and decision making.

will
be
looking
for
you
to
have
the
following:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science or Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Five (5) years recent related experience with business and systems analysis including project management experience.
- Including experience with health and corporate information systems.
- Experience working in highly complex projects with a variety of stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Release management experience including maintaining and ensuring change release follows all process.
- Experience of managing relationship with vendors.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking best practices in a highly secured environment.
- Familiarity of security best practices.
- Experience working with scheduling software (onpremise and/or cloudbased) would be considered an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure considered an asset.
- Experience with integration technology such as Microsoft Biztalk considered an asset.
- Training and mentoring experience as assets.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
This is a
Temporary Full-Time position based at our
Central City Offices, Surrey, B.C. This opportunity is available until December 31
