We are looking for a
Full-Time Customer Success Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to learn new skills and enjoys being part of an exceptional team.

If you are someone who enjoys work and brings their A game every day, this is a workplace with lots of room to grow.

Work Commitment

You will be required to work from 10AM to 6PM daily (Monday to Friday and sometimes weekends).
First month will only be 4 hours per day.
Ability to work fulltime, 40 hours per week.
This is a longterm employment opportunity (15 Years).

As a
Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and SHIPHYPE. You will co-ordinate client requests with the warehouse team to ensure assignments are completed.

Job also includes:

Managing Clients' Requests.
Communicating with Other Team Members.
Following up with Warehouse Team.
Keeping Inventory Updated and Organized.
Ensuring Accuracy of Information.
Taking Meetings with Clients/Attending Calls.
Answering Client Inquiries and Providing Customer Service.
Resolving Client Issues.
Running Internal Investigations.

Minimum Requirements

Experienced with Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
Desire to work in a fastpaced, organized and positive warehouse environment.

Canada. We provide storage and fulfillment services. Our clients consists of eCommerce businesses selling on online marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon etc. We currently have 25 employees across 3 locations.
