We are currently looking for a highly organized, responsible, and knowledgeable field superintendent for our residential projects.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure our residential flatwork (garage, basement and driveway) projects are prepped and ready to pour concrete.

Responsibilities:

Working with home builders and site managers to perform concrete site work.
Coordinating of labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Schedule all residential flatwork pours (Including adjustments due to weather, concrete & pump availability)
Supervision and quality control of subcontractors
Overseeing the job site protocols, including safety, and efficiency
Completing daily reports, inspections, and communication
Performing site safety inspections, crew tailgate meetings and documenting safety performance.
Performing daily quality control checks
Measure job sites to confirm square footage and concrete volumes.
Communicate with clients to request variance purchase orders any extra billable items (Pumps, Labour, Extra Concrete)

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in the construction process of building a home
2+ years of superintendent experience
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
College diploma in construction management is considered an asset
Valid Drivers License

Hours of Work:

8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
