Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main duties within the role will be an administrative function to support the C&G channel

Administration of TPM (trade system)
Complete and submit listing forms
Administer cheque requests through TPM and Vendor/Customer pay process
Administer deal docs and promotional calendar
Ensure reconciliation of statements to balance payments to expectations
Ensure reconciliation and approval of customer deductions with deductions team in Coppell
Reconciling sales information on indirect accounts - 1/4ly recs for settlements

Interact with Customer Service team to ensure high quality sales representation from BTB and improve supply chain cost/service
Customer facing for smaller regional convenience accounts
Understand brand/sales strategy in C&G channel
Ensure follow up on retail audits execution on promotions, competitor price points
Ensure planogram compliance on smaller C&G accounts
Work with Trade Marketing analyst on Neilsen and IRI reporting Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or college diploma with business major required
Experience in consumer packaged goods or direct to consumer preferred
Analytical and problemsolving skills, capable of multitasking and comfortable under pressure
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Personal standards that align with BTB values (Adaptive, Collaborative, Candor, Trust, Ownership)
Strong selfdiscipline with a bias for action
Very interested in career development within CPG
Exceptional written/verbal communication
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
