We are looking for a full time reliable Medical Office Assistant to join our team of 5 primary care doctors.

Must be organized, professional, interact well with people, respectful and efficient. Must be willing to learn new material as needed.

Knowledge of EMR/Accuro an asset.

Knowledge of office management an asset.

Duties include appointment scheduling, Answering phones/faxes, document scanning, referral processing, receive and prepare patients for their appointments and other duties as required by physicians.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 8 per week


Salary:
$13.00-$16.00 per hour
