About the Role


Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Client Engagement Manager (CEM) is responsible for assessing client needs for Role Based Consulting requirements.

The CEM will use their in-depth industry knowledge and extensive network to effectively identify, acquire and orchestrate consultant talent to meet client requirements to maximize the revenue of the Role Based Consulting Practice.

The CEM role is primarily focused on supporting the large enterprise clients and is expected to hunt for new business by targeting hiring managers and working collaboratively with the assigned Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong close working relationship with the sales team and their clients with a focus on large enterprise and the hiring managers within those enterprises
  • Develop/review Role Based Consulting proposals and plans to determine timeframe, resourcing requirements and resource allocation, project structure and implementation strategies and collaborate with the Services team to identify and mitigate risks
  • Expertly manage relationships between consultants and clients, anticipates and manages conflicts and ensures timely resolution of issues that could affect delivery success
  • Lead the strategy for financial metrics for the Role Based Consulting practice with a focus on revenue growth and margin performance
  • Develop and execute a response/action plan with the goal of securing a new ISA Role Based Consulting Services engagement for each qualified opportunity
  • Familiarity with key Pre-Sales processes such as: Level of Effort (LOE), Statement of Work (SoW), and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes to ensure smooth flow of the Pre-Sales cycle
  • Be able to effectively articulate the value of the ISA Service Framework and maintain strong relationships with the Cyber Services Consultant Manager, ISA Offering Leaders and ISA Service Leads to qualify opportunities
  • Participate in or lead internal improvement initiatives as required

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Cybersecurity talent acquisition experience
  • Functional knowledge of key cybersecurity discipline areas, including but not limited to Security Architecture, design and implementation, security assurance services, and security detection and response services
  • Experience in understanding client goals and translating them into service opportunities
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Partner and Consultant ecosystem development and management
  • Strong functional knowledge of cybersecurity services offerings and market trends
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the identification and procurement of cybersecurity delivery resources
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Sharepoint and Dynamics CRM
