Expert Full-Stack Developer Needed for B2B SaaS MVP

Job description
I am looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build the MVP of a B2B SaaS platform used to score live dance competitions.
The Project:
You will be building the scoring system used by judges on iPads, and the live tournament dashboards used by the MC.
I do not need you to design anything; I need you to translate the Figma into a flawless application and build the backend logic.
Tech Stack Requirements:
Frontend:
(App Router), Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui.
Backend:
API Routes, WebSockets (Pusher or for live bracket updates).
Database:
PostgreSQL + Prisma/Drizzle.
Core Features to Build:
Complex relational database logic (pairing individual dancers into Couples, or grouping them into 3-couple Squads).
API endpoints for judges to submit scores from their tablets.
Algorithmic Math:
Implementing a "Relative Placement" algorithm (a specific majority-rules voting logic that calculates 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place from raw data).
Real-Time UI:
A tournament bracket dashboard for the MC that updates live on a projector via WebSockets when a winner is clicked.
To Apply, you MUST answer this screening question at the top of your proposal:"Briefly explain how you would architect the real-time tournament bracket. If the MC clicks 'Advance' on Team A, how do you ensure the main projector screen updates instantly without the audience seeing a page refresh?"
Proposals without a specific, technical answer to the screening question will be automatically declined. I have the complete Figma file, PRDs, and database schemas ready for the right developer to start immediately.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
