Working out of our conveniently located head office in Burlington, Ontario, and due to continued growth, we seek an experienced
Site Supervisor to join our team of dedicated and long-term employees.

The
Site Supervisor is a working-supervisor who provides leadership and onsite direction to our construction projects, sub-contractors, and staff in ensuring our projects exceed customer expectations and achieve our rigorous health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage site operations (labour, material, subcontractors) in the delivery of projects by adhering to schedules, safety requirements, drawings and specifications
• Work closely with our clients to ensure customer service expectations are met
• Schedule and motivate subcontractors and staff to complete work in a timely manner while maintaining the level of detail and quality expected by RFB Construction Inc.
• Ensure subcontractors and staff work in compliance with our Health & Safety Policy
• Maintain a professional and organized job site
• Manage and inspect the quality of all team members' performance on site and hold them accountable for high standards of construction
• Willingness to work with tools as required
• Other related duties

Requirements and Expectations:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as construction site supervisor in the ICI sector required
• A valid Ontario drivers' license and clean driving record is required
• Construction experience in the grocery industry is considered an asset
• Manual dexterity and proficiency in working with hand tools required
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints required
• Willingness to work weekends or night shifts as required
• Health and safety training is preferred, but experience and an appreciation for the importance of health and safety is required
• Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs. routinely, safely, and without restrictions
