Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team.

Our
Front Desk Agents are the face of Splitsville and know how to make a great first impression by providing exceptional guest care from the moment a visitor walks in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries
• Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold, cash out procedure as per company policy
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville's cleanliness standards
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers
• Other duties as required

• Loves to bowl
• Guest service oriented

• Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
• Team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
