THE ROLE

Diagnose and repair issues related to sloped roofing, aluminum (soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs), and siding systems.
Present solutions, explain options, handle pricing, and answer customer questions.
Help ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans and job specifications
Participation in safety program and procedures
Assist in resolution of technical problems
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Valid Class 5 License

Prior experience installing at least two
of the following systems: sloped roofing, aluminum (soffit, fascia, and eavestrough), siding

Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
Prior experience in a leadership position (preferably 2+ years) requiring regular customer communication
People skills with the ability to communicate strongly both verbally and in writing
Enjoy meeting people and be able to make a good first impression
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
