Personal Lines Account Manager

Utter/Morris Insurance Brokers in Burlington, On is currently seeking a full time personal lines service account manager to join our fast paced team.

This is a hybrid role.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to an existing book of personal lines business including policy changes, quoting new risks, portal entry
• Sell new business
• Participate in upsell and crosssell initiatives
• Day to day client servicing including renewal reviews
• Claims intake and reporting claims to the company
• Claims followup
• Ability to advise coverage's and policies that best meet the client needs
• Participate in continuing educational seminars

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 25 years of personal lines experience within a brokerage or company setting
• RIBO licensed or willing to obtain
• Previous experience with Agency Manager (TAM) would be an asset
