Overview
Bake Tour Inc. is tourist industry marketing and consulting company based at Vancouver, BC. Our main businesses is Summer/winter camp program marketing and consulting. We currently seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Marketing strategy in order to increase our online and offline presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

You will be required to work closely with the other team members.

The Marketing Specialist job contains the following duties and responsibilities,but are not limited to:

Develop, implement and manage our marketing strategy
Create and control marketing materials quality such as Ads design and social media campaign content
Measure the success of every marketing campaign
Assigning and Supervising the work of video shooting and editing teams
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network
Hire and train others in the team when necessary
Provide constructive feedback

Qualifications:

Strong project management and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) is required

Experience
Experience an asset

Education:

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in marketing, communications, design or business management field, or equivalent experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$19.00 per hour
