- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Utilizing statistical analysis to validate equipment capability when necessary.
- Participating in product First Article Inspections (FAI) as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Developing and maintaining calibration work instructions.
- Handling the management and updates of the SDS/MSDS database, customer environmental requirements, and environmental audits.
- Collaborating with suppliers to monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Additional related duties.
- Post-Secondary Education in Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 2 years related quality experience within the manufacturing setting.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively demonstrated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and PDMain (MRP Software).
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
