We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to manage the Joshua Perets store in Laurier Quebec. As Store Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by overseeing all aspects of operations, driving sales, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

Leadership and team management:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales objectives, provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
• Supervise, guide and provide ongoing training to staff, encouraging their professional development and fulfillment.

Store Operations

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards to maintain an organized and efficient store.

Customer Experience

• Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, creating a welcoming and pleasant shopping environment.
• Respond to customer requests, concerns and comments in a prompt and professional manner.

Visual Merchandising

• Create attractive displays and arrangements that showcase the latest fashion trends and products.
• Ensure that store visual standards are consistently met.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment orders and supervise the replenishment process to ensure product availability.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and inventory variances.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or apparel sector.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in the use of point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and passion for Joshua Perets clothing.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
