Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers and Bartenders to join our team at The Royal Mayfair for the 2024 season.

As a Server / Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and their families.

Responsibilities:

Welcome members to the clubhouse facility
Serve food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Provide recommendations on food/drink selections based on customer preferences and menu offerings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
Handle member payment transactions
Engage with members, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
Execute large party / function service as required
Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:

Previous service/bartending experience is preferred
Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, wine, and cocktails is an asset
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with members in a friendly and professional manner
Familiarity with cash handling procedures
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
