About this Role:
The Marketing Director will report directly to the VP Marketing Strategies.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with senior management in strategic planning process and develop annual marketing KPIs with planned budget/spend to deliver.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide strategic direction and vision to the marketing team.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a highperforming marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Budget Oversight:
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Ensure costeffective allocation of resources across various marketing channels.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral and brand assets.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make datadriven adjustments.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities and threats.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Ops team, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure seamless communication and integration across teams.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with thirdparty service providers.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7+ years of proven experience in progressively responsible marketing roles in a consumer facing industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
- Foodservice/Restaurant industry experience preferred
Leadership Skills:
- Strong team management skills and ability to influence at senior management level
- Cross functional team leadership ensuring critical paths, details and timelines and deliverables.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
Communication:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Digital Focus:
- Proficiency in marketing technologies, analytics tools, and digital channels to deliver off premise growth for online/mobile, loyalty and delivery channels.
Entrepreneurial:
- Results driven, proactive selfstarter with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and lead the team through evolving challenges.
