triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., is actively seeking a
Massage Therapy Clinical Supervisor to join our team at the
Brampton Campus.


Primary Responsibilities:


The Clinic Supervisor provides instruction, guidance and mentoring to students as they move from the textbook to the
hands-on practical clinic setting.

In addition, the Clinic Supervisor manages the daily operations of the massage therapy clinic.


The Clinic Supervisor will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Advise students on treatment safety pretreatment to ensure safe treatment of all clients.
  • Clinical rounds checking in on every student when possible, asking questions pertaining to client's assessment, treatment plan & longterm care.
  • Provide consultation to students while they are performing massages as required and/or upon request.
  • Compile clinic & outreach hours for clinical hours sign off sheet and submit to Campus Director.
  • Maintain communication with other clinic supervisors about each shift. Provide updates, student information, supplies needed, unexcused absences, client relations, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Registered as a Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the provincial regulatory body (e.g., College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)).
  • Massage Therapy Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
  • Adult education and teaching experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and use of the Internet.

Hours of Work:

This position is a part-time opportunity,
Thursdays 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm.


Location:

This position will be based out of the
Brampton Campus.


Start Date:

The scheduled start for this opportunity is
immediate.
