Description

We are currently looking for an PM HUB Manager for our Brampton terminal.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Position Type:
Permanent, Full Time

Salary:
Will be based on experience

Workplace address: 300 Biscayne Cres. Brampton, ON L6W 4S- Supervise, coach and train personnel

. Coach, train and mentor your supervisors

Daily PM Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound

. PM Reweigh and Recube, improve revenue capture on the Dock

. Monitor/Assign Forklift Staff

. Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments

. Customer shipment audits when required

. Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines

. Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily

. Action on all last-minute shipment requests

Requirements:

Previous Management experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to exercise initiative, multi task and work well as part of a team
Organized and detail oriented
Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
