- Lead and facilitate lean events, spearheading the implementation ofVictaulic's continuous improvement program.
- Take a hands-on approach to champion the implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing concepts across all business areas.
- Provide comprehensive training on lean concepts to champions, skill coaches, supervisors, and team leaders.
- Foster a culture of 5S throughout the facility, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
- Drive measurable improvements in productivity, cost reduction, and enhanced product availability.
- Post-Secondary Education, preferably in an engineering discipline or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Lean Concepts, with a hands-on facilitating approach.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven training experience is required.
- Advanced computer and presentation skills.
