We take pride in offering unparalleled service, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Catering and Events Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as culinary and banquet staff, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of onsite services.
- Ensure that all aspects of events adhere to quality and service standards.
- Oversee catering services, including menu planning and coordination with the culinary team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality events.
- Knowledge of catering services and menu planning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
