Qualifications:_

  • CDA level II with HARP Certification is an asset.
  • Highlevel knowledge of dental procedures, and the ability to discuss treatment plans with patients professionally and effectively while providing various available options.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working as a Dental Administrator is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tracker experience is an asset.
  • Valid CPR/First AID Certification and IPAC Certification are required.

Responsibilities:_

  • Highlevel knowledge of dental procedures, and the ability to discuss treatment plans with patients professionally and effectively while providing various available options
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain dental equipment in compliance with infection control protocols.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide postoperative instructions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Certified Dental Assistant level II and HARP (preferred)
