    DUTIES

    & RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Receives, unpacks and checks incoming materials, ensuring that goods are delivered as per specifications.
    2. Picks, packages, ships (domestic and international shipments), receives and distributes internal and external OL packages/materials, and processes any returned course packages.
    3. Process courier request forms.
    4. Labels and distributes goods to inventory.
    5. Assembles, packs and ships customer orders, processes returns.
    6. Acknowledges and responds to customer requests.
    7. Maintains filing systems.
    8. Performs duties of mailperson if required.

    Director, Supply Chain Management

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Forklift certification
    • Class 5 drivers' license
    • Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Six (6) months related experience

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE OR ABILITIES RELATED TO THE JOB

    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
    • Ability to deal with others effectively
    • Ability to use computers
    • Ability to operate Warehouse equipment
    • Ability to lift weights up to 25 kg on a regular basis

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Minor exposure to dust, dirt, heat, cold and restrictive work areas
    The salary for the above position is determined by the Collective Agreement with the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 4879, as it presently exists.
