ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, assisting with:

  • Managing and distributing Radiologist rosters
  • Radiologist worklist coordination
  • Management of Radiologist unavailability requests
  • Onboarding new Radiologists e.g. maintaining registrations and licencing requirements in line with hospital accreditation
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with radiologists
  • Liaise between management, support staff, and clients to manage workloads and support
  • Supporting quality initiatives
  • Available after hours for emergency situations to assist with business needs
  • Minute taking

ABOUT YOU

  • You will need to have strong organisational skills with a background in scheduling, rostering and supporting professionals.
  • Ability to work both autonomously, and collaboratively.
  • You will need to demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
  • Previous experience in the radiology and/or medical/health industry and RIS/PACS's would be advantageous together with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in Equifax eCredential desired
  • Previous experience in Radiologist Worklist Management desired
