Do you have exceptional sales & communication skills? Looking for an opportunity that rewards you for your efforts and outstanding performance?

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative.


Your primary focus will be outbound calling to current and prospective clients to offer our new Corporate Rewards & Recognition software.

You'll also conduct a review of client information on file to help build relationships, driving retention and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective clients to sell our new appbased Rewards & Recognition Software.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively serve our clients.
  • Update client information as part of an internal data audit.
  • Coordinate calls between clients and other departments as needed, including agents and claims staff.
  • Data management & and tracking of customer interactions.
  • Report to your manager to provide accurate and timely information about customer requirements and feedback.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Other clientservices related tasks as assigned by your direct manager.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and explain a product over the phone.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of success in sales.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to use CRM software and other administrationrelated tools.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients.

Benefits:

Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour
