Do you have exceptional sales & communication skills? Looking for an opportunity that rewards you for your efforts and outstanding performance?We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative.
Your primary focus will be outbound calling to current and prospective clients to offer our new Corporate Rewards & Recognition software.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective clients to sell our new appbased Rewards & Recognition Software.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively serve our clients.
- Update client information as part of an internal data audit.
- Coordinate calls between clients and other departments as needed, including agents and claims staff.
- Data management & and tracking of customer interactions.
- Report to your manager to provide accurate and timely information about customer requirements and feedback.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume.
- Collaborate with other team members to create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Other clientservices related tasks as assigned by your direct manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and explain a product over the phone.
- Goaloriented mindset with a track record of success in sales.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to use CRM software and other administrationrelated tools.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients.

Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour
