Your mission, should you choose to accept it: overseeing the implementation of the Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.

As the Time and Absence Management Lead, you will work with the Workday implementation team, including other Workday functional leads, in the coordination of the design, configuration and testing required to successfully implement AMA's new Human Resources Information System.

You are experienced, a great motivator to team members and know how to get things done.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report to the Team Lead, PMO.
  • Lead endtoend configuration, testing, and deployment of current and new business processes.
  • Guide requirements gathering, be handson to build, test and deploy functionality for the Absence and Time Tracking modules.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to design and deploy sustainable solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation on configuration, testing, and support Project Management artifact development.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • You have 57 years of experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementation and configuration with a focus on enabling the both modules to support an organization's workforce management.
  • You also have 57 years of requirements gathering, solutioning, configuring, testing, and implementing experience with focus on Absence and Time Tracking in a functional lead role.
  • You have a strong understanding of business process frameworks and business process redesign.
  • You have demonstrated experience with EIBs, connectors, reporting, and integrated Workforce Management tools.
  • You have a successful track record of partnering with business and IT/IS stakeholders from various background and levels of SaaS experience to derive requirements, design, and successfully implement the Workday HRIS.
  • You've worked effectively with other Workday functional leads to coordinate design, configuration, and testing.
  • You've completed related Workday courses including: Leave and Absence Fundamentals and Time Tracking.
  • You'll get bonus points if you have:
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes from hire to retire; preferably 2-3 years hands on experience in an HR.
  • Experience coordinating & leading crossfunctional team projects independently or as part of a project leadership team.
  • Demonstrated success managing third parties and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Support organizational change management including introduction of Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service.
