About the role:


  • Successfully identifying and fulfilling customer needs and desires by helping them identify the best solution
  • Following up with customers in a timely manner
  • Maintaining, cleaning, and stocking merchandise and displays
  • Ensuring service orders represent all customer concerns in a clear and concise way
  • Completing a unit drop questionnaire when customers drop off a unit for a service appointment
  • Notifying customers when their unit is ready for pick up, parts have arrived, or reminding them of an upcoming appointment
  • Providing support to Service Advisors, technicians, and service staff

Requirements:


  • Successful completion of high school diploma
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Skilled in conflict resolution/management and problemsolving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Comfortable with computer equipment and software
  • Knowledge or experience with RV's/camping is an asset
