Job description
We are looking for an experienced tracking / analytics specialist to audit and fix our current setup.No AI applications, please.
Current situation:
Website:
WordPress (WooCommerce)
CMP:
Complianz (installed inside WordPress)
Google Tag Manager:
implemented
GA4:
implemented via GTM
Meta Pixel:
implemented
Google Ads conversion tracking active
Main issue:
Since mid-November, GA4 does not show City-level data in Geo reports (Country works, City shows as "not set" or missing).
We suspect:
Incorrect Consent Mode v2 implementation
Possible duplication (Complianz + GTM conflict)
Incorrect signal configuration (ad_user_data / ad_personalization)
Or misconfigured Google signals
What we need:
Full audit of:
Consent Mode v2 (Basic vs Advanced implementation)
Complianz configuration
GTM triggers & consent settings
GA4 data collection & Google Signals
Meta Pixel implementation & signal quality
Ensure:
Proper user counting in GA4
Geo reporting (City) working correctly
Consent Mode correctly configured (for EEA)
Google Ads remarketing working properly
Meta remarketing audiences working
No duplicate tags
Clean and compliant setup
Testing:
Tag Assistant validation
Consent debugging
Network inspection
Confirmation that modelling is working correctly
Important:
We are NOT looking for someone to "install a cookie banner".
We need someone experienced with:
Consent Mode v2 (after March 2024 Google update)
GTM advanced consent settings
GA4 data modelling
Meta Pixel troubleshooting
E-commerce environments
