    This is a pivotal role that requires an individual with exceptional talent acquisition and campus recruitment expertise. As the Talent Advisor for Campus Programs, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive end-to-end campus talent acquisition program.

    The Impact You Will Have:

    You will drive the recruitment strategy for co-ops, interns, and new graduates across all areas of our business, with a focus on developing tech skills. Your proven experience will be instrumental in leveraging relationships with post-secondary schools to maximize the potential of partnerships and support growth across our business.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute a best-in-class campus recruitment strategy for co-ops, interns, and new graduates across all lines of business.

    • Gain a solid understanding of our business to proactively develop and execute effective campus recruitment strategies.

    • Leverage, develop, and maintain strong campus liaison relationships with current and new/potential schools and programs.

    • Research and source new academic partners in Canada and the US that align with our future talent strategy.

    • Create and deliver engaging presentations on and off-campus, as well as plan, manage, and execute in-person and virtual events.

    • Attend on-campus events across Toronto & the GTA with the intention of recruiting talent and building brand awareness.

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates across various geographies through all stages of the student and early career recruiting pipeline.

    • Screen, shortlist candidates, conduct and lead interview processes, manage debrief discussions, and offer processes (includes compensation recommendation and offer negotiation).

    • On-board and support all new students, ensuring their engagement and development during their term at Softchoice.

    • Create and deliver learning sessions to enhance students' professional and personal development during their co-op term.

    • Create student communities for past, present, and future students to programmatically guide them from student to full-time Softchoice status.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Proven experience in building and delivering successful campus programs.

    • Strong relationships with school liaisons in both Canada and the US.

    • Experience in attracting student talent for developing technology roles.

    • A creative and innovative approach, able to flow and operate between designing and executing.

    • A high level of comfort presenting to internal and external stakeholders, partners, and candidates.

    • An understanding of what resonates with today's and tomorrow's students.

    • Experience executing projects on a large scale.

    • Ability to successfully manage several competing priorities while meeting expected timelines.

    • Solution-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

    • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with hiring managers and sales leaders.

    • 2+ years of experience as a recruitment professional executing full life cycle recruitment.

    • 2+ years of delivering successful campus recruitment programs in a previous organization.
