Experience in attracting student talent for developing technology roles.
A creative and innovative approach, able to flow and operate between designing and executing.
A high level of comfort presenting to internal and external stakeholders, partners, and candidates.
An understanding of what resonates with today's and tomorrow's students.
Experience executing projects on a large scale.
Ability to successfully manage several competing priorities while meeting expected timelines.
Solution-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with hiring managers and sales leaders.
2+ years of experience as a recruitment professional executing full life cycle recruitment.
2+ years of delivering successful campus recruitment programs in a previous organization.

This is a pivotal role that requires an individual with exceptional talent acquisition and campus recruitment expertise. As the Talent Advisor for Campus Programs, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive end-to-end campus talent acquisition program.
