We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources professional to manage and support our people operations.This role will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
including job postings,
screening,interviews,and onboarding - implement,and maintain HR policies,
procedures,and employee documentation - performance management,& HR databases/li Support payroll coordination,
& organisational standards/li Advise management on HR best practices & workforce planning/li Support training development,&employee engagement initiatives/li Prepare HR reports & provide insights
