What we'll love about you:

Technical diploma or degree in computer technology from a recognized Canadian or international institution.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the IT field.
Selfmotivated and driven to learn on the job, work independently, and contribute suggestions for process improvement within a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to patiently address endusers using clear language while employing tact and diplomacy.
Strong sense of customer service.
Familiarity with supporting and troubleshooting Windows PCs, Smartphones, VoIP phones, and various network devices.
Experience in administering a Microsoft 365 environment, that utilizes Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience in administering windows servers, virtual environments, layered networks, using various management tools.

problem-solving skills, handle support inquiries, computer hardware, remote desktop support, customer service skills, organizational and time management skills, help desk, work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, experience in deploying, configuring, and managing SharePoint, inter-vlan switching and routing, NG firewalls and expertise in cybersecurity practices.
