Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

This is a Fixed term contract role till the end of December.

You will be working on a Hybrid office schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement.

How You'll Make an Impact:


As part of the Planning Analysis Team, you will be responsible for working with the Client Services Division to provide all reporting needs as it pertains to employee and department performance.

Gather, arrange, and inspect data using various procedures to deduce information that can be used to shape the direction of Client Services Division.

You will build on existing relationships in Client Services to provide insights on department and employee performance.

Working closely with managers, you will assist them in achieving business goals by using your analytical skills to identify trends.


What You Will Do:

  • Create and deliver management dashboards and canned reports to support routine management oversight of business processes to ensure insight into exceptions and deliverables.
  • Work with senior team members in evaluating trend data to produce metric reports and recommend improvements if required.
  • Continuously evaluate data for accuracy, and serve as point of contact with the management team as well as other external partners to address any data integrity issues.
  • Ensure company standards and compliance

The Expertise You Bring:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others for the purpose of data exchange, clarification and follow up.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Sound communication skills, ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working and collaborating with management.
  • 6 months 1 year of gathering data experience to provide insights.
  • Used power point to provide data analysis from excel
  • Nice to have experience of working with BI tools
  • College degree (3year program) or equivalent work experience
